Your Movement. Our Focus.

Meet Blayze

AAS, CPT, CES, BTS I

Blayze created Habitual Health, LLC to provide a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move confidently in their everyday lives. Focusing on mobile, in-home training allows her to meet clients where they are, helping them build strength and independence without added stress. She combines rehabilitation-informed principles with practical, intentional movement, emphasizing consistent progress, purposeful training, and genuine encouragement. Every session is designed to help clients feel confident, capable, and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of sessions, Blayze enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, long walks, and the occasional coffee in hand. She believes wellness extends far beyond exercise and should feel sustainable, supportive, and realistic for everyday life.

My Story

I started Habitual Health, LLC because I didn't want clients to ever feel like a number. I wanted them to feel heard, supported, and capable of more than they thought possible. My goal was to create a space where neither clients nor professionals experience burnout -- where people feel genuinely encouraged and empowered.

Focusing on mobile, in-home training was a natural choice. Clients often canceled sessions due to transportation challenges or discomfort, and I wanted a way for them to move safely and confidently without added stress. Habitual Health, LLC provides a judgement-free environment where clients can focus on their progress and feel comfortable every step of the way.

With a background in physical therapy education -- graduating from Craven Community College in 2019 with an Associate in Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program -- I take a holistic approach to movement. I realized early on that issues rarely affect just one part of the body, so I focus on the body as a whole. To support functional movement, I became a Certified Barefoot Training Specialist, and I hold NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications, combining rehabilitation-informed principles with practical strength training.

While my ultimate vision is to grow into a full wellness clinic, for now Habitual Health, LLC is dedicated to providing personalized, rehabilitation-informed in-home training that prioritizes safety, consistency, and encouragement.
