Personal Training
Each 60-minute in-home session in designed around your current abilities, goals, and comfort level. Whether you're building strength after physical therapy or simply want to feel steadier in everyday life, sessions focus on safe, functional movement that supports how you live.
Training may include strength work, balance exercises, mobility training, and guided instruction tailored to your needs. The goal is simple: help you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident moving throughout your home and daily routine.

Assisted Stretching
These 30-minute sessions focus on guided stretching to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and maintain flexibility. We work at a comfortable pace while teaching simple techniques that can support your movement between visits.
Assisted stretching can be scheduled on its own or added to a personal training session when you'd like more focused mobility work.
